How to place an order

Internet Order:

You may place an order by using the order button on individual item pages and select payment by credit card or direct deposit.  See more on secure ordering here.

Post Order:

Customers that elect not to order over the Internet may post this order form with the details instead.

If possible, please send a follow up email to confirm the order has been sent.

If you are having problems ordering please email us for additional help.

 

Payment Options

Pay Pal: Credit Card

MasterCard and Visa.  You do not have to be a member of Pay Pal to use this service.

Pay Pal: Direct Deposit 

 

Pay Pal members only.

Goods are shipped on clearance of funds.

Direct Deposit:

We will email you Bank Details in order to complete your order.

Contact your bank if you need help setting up Internet Banking.

Cheque or Money Order

We will confirm receipt of your cheque and goods will be shipped on clearance of funds.

Charges are all in Australian Dollars.

Order Confirmations

We prefer to use email as our main method of confirmation as this keeps costs down.

After placing an order online, you will receive an email confirming Easy Decorating has received your order. This will be followed up with an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.  We aim to ship most orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

Mail orders with an email address will also receive confirmations via email.

If we need to update you on your order situation, stock availability, items currently out of stock, shipping quotes or other matters related to your order, you will be contacted via email or occasionally telephone.

STANDARD Australian Orders Shipping Charge in Australia

$9.90

Most border and Stickers orders delivered within Australia  incur the shipping charge of $9.90 per order, per destination. Delivery is usually by Express Post.

Other Shipping Charges

When the $9.90 Australian Orders Shipping Charge does not apply we will manually adjust your invoice.  See about exceptions below.

We deliver by a variety of methods including courier, Express & Registered Post.  We will select the method most appropriate for your order.

Exceptions: We reserve the right to amend shipping and handling charges. On occasion shipping charges may differ from the ones listed. Or you select the wrong shipping type or destination when placing an order. We will correct this for you, process your order and notify you of the change in charges.  If there is an increase in costs over $10.00 per order we will contact you before processing the order so you can approve the change in shipping costs.

Delivery Schedule

Typically, stickers and border orders are processed within 24 hours and when you receive your goods will depend on the delivery location and delivery method.

Most orders received before 2.00 pm week days EST are dispatched the next day.

Courier delivery varies from next day to 4 days approximately, for the more remote locations. Express Post is delivered the next business day over specified routes within the Express Post domestic network. Couriers and registered Post delivery is estimated to be from 2 to 6 working days.

These estimates are based on the Couriers and Australia Post quoted delivery timetables and should be taken as a guide only and are based on reasonable expectations and experience.

Availability

Availability information is listed against each item and we do attempt to keep this as up to date as possible. Occasionally an item may be out of stock. If this occurs we will email you within 24 hours, on week days with an estimated delivery date.

You can then elect to wait, order an alternative or cancel your order. 

We cannot be responsible for supplier's backorders.

If you have deadlines to meet, for example, a child's birth date, order early to avoid disappointment.

Returns Policy

Upon providing proof of purchase, Easy Decorating will only accept the return of products in accordance with our Return Policy. To read our Return Policy, click  here.

If you have not received exactly what you ordered we will correct your order. Contact us for help.

Defective Product Replacement Policy

If you have received an order that is damaged or defective, contact us and we will resolve this as soon as possible for you. For more information read our Defective Product Replacement Policy.

Packaging

Deliveries are packaged in a variety of methods based on the shipping method and the items ordered.   We believe in good management of the earths resources and recycle clean packaging materials.

In some cases you may receive multiple packages.

Tax

Sales within Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST). You will be issued a Tax Invoice that will be delivered with your order.

Non Australian Orders

We concentrate on the Australian market and currently do not ship overseas.

Pay Pal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.  When you use Pay Pal, your financial information is NOT shared with Easy Decorating.  Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
